01. Warranty coverage
During the warranty period, if any Nexis LED display product is found to have material or manufacturing defects, Nexis will cover the cost of service for repair or replacement of the affected parts.
02. Warranty Period
The warranty period will follow the terms specified in the sales contract mutually agreed upon and signed by both parties.
03. Warranty exclusions
The Nexis warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, or improper operation. It also excludes issues caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications carried out by parties not approved by Nexis.
04. Warranty modes of service
1. Online Remote Technical Support
Nexis offers online support for technical issues such as connection problems (signal or power cables), system software errors, parameter settings, and replacement guidance for modules, power supplies, receiving cards, controllers, and related components.
2. Return-to-Factory Repair Service
If an issue cannot be resolved through remote support, Nexis will coordinate with the buyer to confirm whether a return-to-factory repair is necessary. In such cases, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs to the Nexis facility. Once repairs are completed, Nexis will cover the one-way shipping cost to send the items back to the buyer.
3. On-Site Service
Buyers may request on-site service by contacting Nexis through the official website, email, phone, or other service channels—providing the contract number, service location, and contact details. Nexis may dispatch a technician to the buyer’s site. Labor costs for on-site service may be charged as applicable.
